Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, not including holidays.
Shipping to U.S.A. residents only.
Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Package.
UPDATE: One & Another will NOT be accepting any returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Effective March 2020.
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of your return.
All returned items must be unworn, with the tags attached, and in original packaging. Once return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to One & Another.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a new size or style, please return as outlined above and place a new order.
ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED!
Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order changes can not be made. Your order will appear unfulfilled until it ships.
We are not responsible if a given promotion code is not entered at checkout as the payment is processed automatically.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
